We're looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to lead our Clark-based design team while driving the creation of high-impact marketing and corporate creative assets across print, digital, web, video, and emerging AI-powered creative channels. How You'll Shin e As our Lead Graphic Designer, you will: Lead, mentor, and support a team of Graphic Designers, ensuring quality, consistency, and creative excellence across all deliverables. Design and produce marketing and corporate collateral including brochures, newsletters, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, signage, invitations, banners, and other branded materials. Create compelling video content from concept development and storyboarding through editing and final production. Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance efficiency, ideation, and workflow innovation. Maintain and champion brand consistency across all visual communications. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions that achieve business objectives while maintaining exceptional design standards. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Bring This opportunity is best suited for an experienced design professional who can confidently balance hands-on creative execution with people leadership. Required Qualifications 5-7 years of professional experience within a design studio, creative agency, in-house creative team, or similar environment. Proven experience leading or managing a small team of designers. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of both print production and digital/web design processes. Demonstrated experience in video creation and editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro. Experience managing creative projects from concept through delivery while balancing timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. You'll Stand Out If You Have A portfolio showcasing high-quality print, digital, branding, and video work. Experience introducing AI tools into creative workflows. A passion for coaching and developing creative talent. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to elevating brand standards.
