Lead Technical Artist

This role offers the opportunity to shape the visual quality and technical direction of ambitious multiplayer game projects. You will serve as the bridge between creative teams and engineering, building scalable workflows, tools, and pipelines that enable artists to deliver exceptional content. As a technical art leader, you will influence production strategies, optimize performance, and introduce innovative solutions across the development process. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including art, engineering, design, and production to solve complex technical challenges. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and strategic thinking.
