Lead Technician - Kelme (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS: Contractual availability of wind farms in their area Analyze defects on WTG’s where necessary in communication with LOM and other technicians Autonomously making repairs of turbines Carry out complex repairs with support of LOM/ back office Carry out planned maintenances and inspection activities Fill in reports and check lists to keep LOM customers informed of site activities Documentation and completion of Snag Lists from maintenance/PM/customers On-the-job training of new technicians in the area Cooperate with customer or site management Prioritizing emergency works to minimize downtime and costs Coordinate local teams and vehicles Condition and level of local stock Tools condition control of sub-contractors at site in cooperation with the other service technicians Comments and adjusting the availability report Daily briefing with the team YOUR PROFILE: We are looking for candidates located in Kelme or nearby Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship Driving License Computer literate, able to use MS Office and SAP MI and in house database and workload management systems Experience in coordinating a team Health and Safety awareness Systematic problem-solving behavior Strong communication skills Planning & organizing skills Customer orientated Willingness to travel Result orientated Ability to work under stressful conditions WHAT WE OFFER *some offers may vary by location Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
