Job description

We’re designing, developing, and growing Incogni — a privacy-tech product that helps people protect their personal data online. With Incogni, anyone can automatically remove their personal information from data brokers and other third-party companies. Join our Experience Design Team and help shape the experience for a product that’s making privacy simple for everyone. If you’re a self-driven expert who loves combining creativity with analytics and thrives on turning data into design decisions that move key metrics, keep reading. If you want to: Conduct both evaluative and exploratory research across our desktop and mobile products; Own the full research process: from defining research goals and choosing methods to running sessions, synthesising insights, and reporting findings; Help establish UX research as a stronger, more structured practice within the product development process; Create and improve research procedures, templates, documentation, and ways of working for future research activities; Gather user feedback to help ensure our products are usable, user-friendly, and aligned with real user needs; Map user journeys to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for future improvement; Conduct research sessions (mostly online), including interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions; Work closely with product, design, development teams, and other stakeholders to turn research findings into actionable improvements. And you can check off: Experience taking full ownership of research work from start to finish; Confidence working in a role where some processes still need to be created, improved, and introduced; Strong communication and collaboration skills; Ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative data and turn it into clear, relevant insights; Competence in reporting research findings in a clear, practical, and stakeholder-friendly manner; Confidence in asking the right questions at the right time, challenging assumptions, and constructively questioning ideas; A proactive mindset and willingness to help build the foundations of UX research in the organisation. Bonus points if you: Are proficient with remote user testing and user interviews; Have experience in visual design testing; Can combine qualitative research findings with quantitative data; Have a proven track record of creating research templates, repositories, or research operations practices; Were the first or one of the first UX researchers in a product organisation. Here’s the deal: Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development; Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts, a physical coach and a gym to regular mental health checks; Tools of your choice: choose technical equipment and the tools you need to do your best; Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations; Convenient commuting: traveling from point A to point B can be a pain. That’s why, depending on your unique circumstances, we compensate part of your public transport costs; Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world; Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends; Gross salary: 4200 - 5300 Eur/month for the Lithuanian market, 18000 - 22900 PLN/month for the Polish market. It may vary depending on your skills and experience.
