UX Strategy & Leadership Define UX strategy aligned with business and user goals. Promote UX best practices and mentor junior designers. Research & Insights Conduct user research and usability testing. Generate insights to inform product and design decisions. Design & Prototyping Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Maintain and evolve the Design System. Collaboration Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders. As a senior member of the team, you will be a thought leader and mentor, guiding junior designers and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Requirements and Skills: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in user experience (UX) design for digital products (web, mobile, SaaS, etc.). Solid Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates experience in end-to-end projects, with a clear focus on the design process and business impact. Case studies that explain the problem, solution, and results are valued. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. Experience using research and analysis tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc. Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Basic knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers. Soft Skills: Autonomy and proactivity: Ability to lead projects independently and solve complex problems. Critical and analytical thinking: Ability to analyze data, synthesize complex information, and make informed design decisions.
