Closing date: 19/10/2026 Number of positions: 1 Recruiter name: Fatma Alharthi Reference number: 73803 Workplace Type: Mediclinic Corporate Office Dubai | Dubai | United Arab Emirates MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To support and guide the development of employee competence through the facilitation and evaluation of various learning and development programmes KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees Develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs Deliver planned learning and development activities Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions Document and report the outcome of learning and development interventions REQUIRED EDUCATION A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma Certification in Training and Development or related studies is desired REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 1-2 years’ experience in facilitation of learning and development or training either in a formal or informal setting At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment using an Electronic Health Record system is desired REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Instructional Design (ADDIE model) and the application thereof Evaluation of learning effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Training Evaluation model Learning styles and adult learning principles Creation of online / e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Moodle, etc. Creation of videos using video editing software such as Adobe Premier Pro, etc. Development of learning support material, including training manuals and quick guides Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office) Verbal and written communication skills in English Knowledge of hospital and / or clinic operations Facilitation and Presentation Skills All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
