Role Description The Lease-Up Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of a lease-up multifamily community in Nashville, TN. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading a team to ensure successful lease-ups, coordinating marketing efforts, maintaining budget adherence, ensuring a high standard of resident satisfaction, and overseeing property maintenance and compliance. The manager will build relationships with prospective residents, manage lease agreements, and ensure smooth and efficient management processes. Qualifications Proven leadership abilities and team management skills within a real estate or property management environment Strong marketing, leasing, and outreach strategies to drive property occupancy Budgeting, financial reporting, and ability to meet operational goals Customer service excellence and a focus on resident satisfaction Knowledge of property management software and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office Strong verbal and written communication abilities Understanding of lease agreements, local laws, and industry regulations Proactive problem-solving mindset and adaptability to manage a fast-paced lease-up environment Previous experience in a lease-up multifamily setting is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
