Legal Counsel

该职位来源于猎聘 Provide general legal advice and support to the Sales/business team, including the preparation of standard form templates for use with customers and/or vendors, and where required negotiate and revise customer and/or vendor terms Partner with D&B’s sales teams to assist in the project management of deals to conclusion, including advising on commercial deal structuring, negotiating, and drafting contracts with D&B’s customers and their procurement professionals and attorneys Lead initiatives to enhance and improve D&B’s standard customer contract forms and processes Work with other internal constituents (e.g. product management, technology, marketing, data & operations, pricing, finance, sales) to support business initiatives that affect contract management and compliance; Maximise the management of Greater China legal support by D&B internal legal advisors in order to minimize the use of external counsel and associated costs. Strong knowledge and understanding of contract law, intellectual property licensing and commercial contracting concepts is essential. Demonstrated ability to advise and influence internal partners at all levels. Strong organizational, analytical, oral and written communication (in both English and Chinese), and problem-solving skills essential. Good common sense and computer skills (use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) are essential. 职位要求： Qualifications: University qualification in law Admitted to practice law, holding a current practising certificate, preferable Key Skills: Commercial acumen, extensive contract negotiation experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with managers, associates and at all levels of the organization essential Experience: 6 to 7 years’ experience as a Corporate, Contracts or Commercial negotiator/counsel, preferably at least 3 years working in a law firm and a few years as in house. Previous experience working in a multi-national company strongly desirable
