法务顾问 Legal Counsel

该职位来源于猎聘 Accountabilities： 1、Implementing suspected falsified product related task. Including case leads collection and related reporting and system maintenance; interaction with external agent, authority, workgroup of peer company as well as industry association; supporting project initiated by HQ and locally; conducting legal research and reporting change/trend of legal environment to HQ. 2、Implementing trademark protection related task. Including evidence collection and customs filling, reporting per instruction of HQ. Support local needs including preparing trademark related legal document and addressing of consultation from internal customers. 3、Implementing legal, IP and data protection related task (e. g. conducting legal research, contract and legal document draft and review, support new product launch, new sales channel/business model development, SOP drafting/updating, cross-functional alignment to implement legal initiated project like data protection related projects, addressing daily consultation and providing training for internal customers locally and in HQ.) 4、Implementing contract, seal and licence management (including SOP drafting/updating, maintenance and upgrade of digital systems as well as related contract and vendor management, daily certificate, legal file and seal management as well as related training for internal customers). 5、Assist Legal director on other issues (e. g. draft of legal document, interaction with HQ and vendors like external law firm, support ad-hock legal task like litigation/dispute resolution, handle daily operational issue of legal department). Knowledge/ Academic Qualification: 1、Bachelor degree in law as a minimum, top law school education and pass Chinese bar examination is preferred. Skills: 1、Office software application 2、Good interchange with people Experience: 1、1-3 years working experience, prior experience with pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Experience with MNC is also desirable. Competency： 1、Fluent written and spoken English (being able to exchange with HQ easily.)
