About the Role
As a therapist within our Pediatric Outpatient Service Line, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, teens, young adults, and their families while working as part of an integrated clinical team.
You'll provide evidence-based, developmentally appropriate therapy that helps members build resilience, strengthen relationships, develop effective coping skills, and make progress toward individualized treatment goals. Depending on the member's age and clinical needs, treatment may also involve partnering with parents or caregivers to reinforce skills, support treatment goals, and promote meaningful change outside of therapy sessions.
Therapists are an integral part of our collaborative care model. You'll work closely with behavioral case managers, psychiatric providers, nurses, coaches, and other clinical team members to ensure members receive coordinated care that reflects their individual, developmental, and family needs.
This role is a great fit for an independently NY licensed behavioral health clinician who is passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults, values collaboration, and is comfortable adapting treatment across developmental stages. You'll have opportunities to expand your clinical expertise through consultation, ongoing training, evidence-based care practices, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
We are looking for a part-time licensed therapist to join our Pediatric Care Services clinical team. This role sits within the Pediatric Outpatient Service Line and reports to a Clinical Supervisor.

Engage caregivers as active partners in treatment when clinically and developmentally appropriate through psychoeducation, collaborative goal setting, and skills coaching.
Maintain timely, accurate, clinically meaningful, and compliant documentation.
Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, ongoing training, and professional development.
Support quality improvement initiatives and the continued delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
Requirements:
