Life Enrichment Coordinator

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Activity certification, Therapeutic Recreation, COTA, nursing, education, or related experience preferred Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, recreation, education, hospitality, or customer service preferred Passion for creating meaningful experiences that enhance residents' quality of life Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities Ability to lead engaging group activities and build positive resident relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to safely transport residents to community outings and events Creative, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with residents, families, and staff Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Ready to make a difference every day?
