Lifecycle Account Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

Join AT&T as The Lifecycle Account Manager who strengthens and grows existing customer relationships by managing renewals, customer health, retention risks, service changes, and standard expansion opportunities. This role leads the post-sale customer experience and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver customer and revenue outcomes. Required working hours: 2:00–10:30 p.m. or 3:00–11:30 p.m., aligned with U.S. business hours. This position is a temporary assignment covering a maternity leave. The successful candidate will join the team on a fixed-term basis. Key Responsibilities Primary customer point of contact for operational and commercial matters. Lead renewal planning and execution, including risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, proposals, and contract completion. Monitor customer health and satisfaction. Identify and execute standard upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs. Manage customer escalations and coordinate support functions. Coordinate service moves, additions, changes, and disconnections, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority. Coordinate Pricing, Contracting, Billing, Service Delivery, GSE, Design and Order Management teams. Maintain accurate renewal, customer-health, pipeline, risk, and account information in company systems. Refer complex or strategically significant opportunities to the Lead Account Manager. Key Performance Indicators Revenue retention and renewal rate On-time renewal completion Upsell and cross-sell revenue Customer churn and revenue contraction Service-change accuracy and completion time Customer health, adoption, and satisfaction Account and system data accuracy Preferred Qualifications Experience in account management, customer success, renewals, client services, or relationship management. Ability to manage customer relationships, renewals, and retention risks. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to lead virtual, cross-functional teams. Familiarity with proposals, service orders, contract changes, and customer-management systems. Contract: Fixed-term, Full time Compensation: Salary range for Slovakia starts from 3 283EUR gross per month. The individual starting salary will depend on relevant factors such as the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, and education or training.
