Our LMS Administrator sits within our Customer Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning and Development. The LMS Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our Learning Management System, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments to support the creation, delivery, and management of e-learning content, compliance and training programs. Responsibilities System Management: Manage and maintain the LMS, ensuring its functionality and performance. Perform regular system audits and updates. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the LMS. Configure and customize the LMS according to organizational needs. Content Management: Upload and organize e-learning content, including courses, modules, and assessments. Ensure that all learning materials are current, accurate, and accessible. Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights. User Support: Provide technical support and training to LMS users, including employees, instructors, and students. Develop and update user guides, FAQs, and training materials. Respond to user inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze LMS reports on user engagement, course completion, and other metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve the learning experience. Monitor and report on LMS performance and usage. What we are looking for? As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar role. Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g. Cornerstone, 360Learning). Strong technical skills, including experience with database management and system configuration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Desirable Skills & Experience Contact Center experience Casino, sports betting, iGaming experience Experience with e-learning standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI. Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Certification in LMS administration or related areas. What's in it for you?
