Machine Operator

Work on the machine – assembling promotional items and applying prints. Three-shift operation, during peak season temporarily switching to 24/7 operation. Operating and setting up production machines according to technical specifications. Continuous monitoring of production quality and performing control measurements. Cooperation with the technical team to solve technical issues. Following safety standards and work procedures. Recording production documentation and process logs when needed. Ad hoc tasks from the supervisor based on current needs to ensure smooth production flow. Required skills and knowledge: Manual skills. Attention to detail, responsibility, flexibility. Ability to work in a team. At least basic education, experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage. Basic computer skills.
