Try it for yourself and see what we’re made of.Job SummaryResponsible for machinery operation and/or bagging operation for fruit in a packing facility.  Note: This equipment is high volume and state of the art.  Requires prior experience with touch screens for speed control and operations.Responsibilities and DutiesPreforms pre-operation checklist prior to packing productionSets up machinery and monitors the production of machinery dailyNotify and submit maintenance request to supervisor for any maintenance issuesEnsures that the machinery is operating properly and safelyLoads bags, boxes, or other items into machinery to keep up with productionWorks safely and follows proper protocols for starting, stopping, and operating machinery.Using a touch screen, make daily adjustments to machinery/bagging to control speeds, timing, and other itemsOther duties, will be assignedQualifications and SkillsAbility to work well in a team-based environmentAbility to produce results in a fast paced environmentProficiency with basic computer skillsBilingual a plus (Spanish)Health InsurancePay Range ($16.90 min - $17.50 max)/hourThis position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above.  If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.
