Job Summary As a Maintenance Planning and Control Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, controlling, and optimizing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring asset reliability, availability, and performance. You will play a key role in maintenance performance analysis, work order management, technical reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to operational excellence, safety, and business performance at Tetra Pak. The position is based in Ponta Grossa - PR. Tetra Pak does not sponsor work visas or offer relocation for this position. What you will do As a Maintenance Analyst, you will: Plan, schedule, control, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with maintenance plans and effective work order management; Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators, including MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), backlog, and maintenance plan compliance, identifying opportunities to improve asset reliability, availability, and productivity; Perform failure analysis, prepare technical reports, and support the implementation of corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions; Develop management reports, analyses, and presentations using data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making processes; Support the planning and execution of major maintenance interventions, scheduled shutdowns, and critical activities, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, and quality standards; Coordinate activities with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams, contributing to process improvements and operational excellence; Support reliability, performance-based maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives through TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies; Contribute to maintenance cost optimization and efficient resource utilization; Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety standards, as well as corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. We believe you have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related fields; Previous experience in industrial maintenance, Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM), or related areas; Experience with maintenance KPIs, including MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) backlog management, and maintenance plan compliance; Experience with SAP or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); Knowledge of failure analysis and technical reporting; Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance planning and management; Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI or similar data analytics tools; Intermediate English proficiency; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, quality, safety, and compliance.
