We’re hosting a Maintenance Hiring Special on Saturday, October 10th from 7am-6pm , and this is a great opportunity to get your skills in front of our team. Guaranteed Hiring Opportunity: Candidates who successfully pass the applicable Millwright (17 questions) or Electrician skills test (82 questions) , along with the required drug screening and physical examination , will be eligible for an offer. You do NOT need a current Journeyperson card to receive an offer. 💰 Starting Pay: 🔧 Journeyperson Millwright – $38.22/hour Openings available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts +$2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts ⚡ Journeyperson Electrician – $43.31/hour Openings available on 2nd and 3rd shifts +$2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Journeyperson Millwright : Under general supervision, will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner Diagnostic and repair tools and equipment used in dissembling, repairing and installing mechanical equipment Common reasons for mechanical failure and the steps necessary to correct malfunctioning Responsible for varied types of motors and their operation Working with the Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems Analyze mechanical problems, organize assigned maintenance and repair work, and develop effective work methods Rebuild and install new and/or rebuilt assemblies in equipment Weld broken parts, burn and fabricate Reading and interpreting maintenance manuals, using diagram schematics and parts manual. Journeyperson Electrician: Under general supervision, will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Repair, maintain and replace electric motors. But no live electrical work is to be completed. Maintain all associated equipment for the electric motors, including drives. Install and repair all types of electronic equipment including PLC programmers. Maintain and install electrical services throughout the facility including lighting, HVAC, etc. Install new equipment, mount fixtures, run conduit, pull wire, connect wiring, etc. Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns. Perform preventative maintenance duties on plant equipment. Complete required documentation.
