Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, Maintenance Manufacturing Engineering - Placement Year (July 2027) Our maintenance team are responsible for the maintenance of production equipment across a variety of departments. As a part of the team, you will work alongside our maintenance team to improve machine durability, performance, and longevity. What awaits you? Cross-departmental Project style work. Research into digitalization and future technologies. IT / Robotics / Mechanical / Electrical diagnostic work and problem solving. Contractor management. Administrative tasks. Data analysis. What should you bring along? Studying a bachelor’s or integrated master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in an Engineering or relevant course. Extensive PC skills (Microsoft Office, CAD, SharePoint, Power BI etc). Structured problem solving. Time management skills. Effective Communication skills. What can you look forward to?
