Maintenance Technician

General Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment. Ensure the reliable and uninterrupted operation of machines and production lines. Participate in planned and preventive maintenance activities. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in electrical, mechanical, and automated systems. Support the setup and optimization of manufacturing equipment to improve process efficiency and reliability. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Participate in projects focused on improving equipment, processes, and the working environment. Maintain the required technical documentation and reports related to completed activities. Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and other technical teams. Experience / Qualifications Technical secondary or higher education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a relevant work experience. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage. Knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and industrial equipment. Experience with automated production lines and systems is considered an advantage. Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues effectively. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and continuously develop professionally to grow into a process engineer. Gross Annual Salary Range: 13,907.00 EUR - 19,122.40 EUR The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation. Starting Salary The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.).
