For more information visit: www.romcim.ro, www.elpreco.ro , www.ferrobeton.ro , www.baulemente.ro , www.tehnoworld.ro Misiune / Obiective: Conduce si organizeaza activitatea carierei astfel incat sa fie realizate volumele de productie bugetate si calitatea ceruta de clienti, in conditiile eficientizarii costurilor de productie, respectarii stricte a normelor de Sanatate si Securitate in Munca (SSM) si a mediului, si mentinerii echipamentelor si zacamantului in cea mai buna forma. Responsabilitatile postului: Vei coordona si organiza operatiunile de exploatare pentru realizarea volumelor de productie, respectarea calitatii si optimizarea costurilor; Vei gestiona echipa si performanta personalului (instruire, evaluare, obiective, dezvoltare, pontaj, disciplina si planuri de succesiune); Vei asigura conformitatea cu normele de SSM, mediu si legislatie, inclusiv prevenirea riscurilor si gestionarea situatiilor de urgenta; Vei planifica si controla productia si mentenanta, urmarind KPI, bugete, functionarea echipamentelor si eficienta operatiunilor; Vei coordona proiecte, autorizatii si relatia cu autoritatile, inclusiv raportari, licente de exploatare si extinderi de perimetru; Vei monitoriza calitatea si imbunatatirea continua, vei implementa proceduri, vei gestiona neconformitati si vei propune optimizari de procese. Cerințe: Experienta in domeniu: 3-5 ani de experienta in industria extractiva de suprafata (cariere, balastiere), sau in pozitii similare; Studii superioare: universitare tehnice, de preferat in inginerie miniera, inginerie geologica, geologie; Autorizari / Certificari care reprezinta un avantaj: - atestare ANRM; - curs 80 ore de SSM; Cunostinte: Cunostinte solide privind cadrul legislativ aplicabil identificarii, evaluarii si valorificarii zacamintelor de resurse minerale utile; Intelegere generala a proceselor de exploatare a resurselor minerale, cu accent pe activitatile de cariera (exploatare la zi); Cunostinte privind evaluarea si utilizarea zacamintelor destinate industriei materialelor de constructii; Familiaritate cu tehnologiile de exploatare in cariera, inclusiv derocare mecanica si forare–puscare, precum si cu procesele de preparare a materiilor prime extrase; Limbi straine: Engleza – nivel: mediu; Operare calculator: MS Office – nivel: avansat; Disponibilitate pentru munca de teren, cunostinte sisteme management, inspectii instalatii industriale (vizita interior echipamente), soft skills – managementul autonom al echipei; Experienta in obtinerea autorizatiilor si permiselor specifice activitatii de cariera reprezinta un avantaj; Onestitate, flexibilitate, comunicare asertiva, auto-control/rezilienta, gandire critica, creativitate.
