Position Title: Manager, Commercial Development Location: Nile Cluster - Egypt Position Summary: Accelerate sustainable and profitable growth by translating operator, customer and channel insights into winning commercial strategies, customized solutions and quality execution across food-service and out-of-home channels.. Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy & Growth: Develop the annual commercial development strategy and channel growth plans. Identify growth pools by occasion, operator segment, geography, route to market and solution category. Convert priorities into actionable initiatives, owners, milestones and measures . Channel & Customer Development: Define segmentation, prioritization and differentiated value propositions. Develop acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion programs. Strengthen strategic partnerships through joint business planning and value creation. Category & Solution Development: Drive coffee, beverage, culinary, bakery and dessert solutions, as relevant to the market portfolio. Move from product selling to operator-centric solution selling and activation that improves operator economics and consumer experience. Commercial Excellence & Route to Market: Improve coverage, distribution, availability, visibility and salesforce effectiveness. Establish execution standards, call priorities and outlet plans. Improve distributor and field-sales productivity. Revenue Growth Management: Support pricing, mix, trade investment and promotion-effectiveness decisions. Assess initiative ROI and customer profitability, and recommend corrective actions that protect sustainable growth. Develop strategic partnerships to synergies and elevate PFME spend and enable superior outcomes. Insights & Innovation: Track food-service industry trends, operator needs, competition and emerging occasions. Turn data into commercial choices and build launch and activation plans for innovations and renovations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Hospitality Management or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Commercial Experience: Typically 6+ years of progressive experience in food service, out-of-home, FMCG, sales, category development, trade marketing or business development. Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, cross-functional project leadership and commercial planning. Functional Knowledge: Practical understanding of distributor management, route to market, pricing, trade investment and customer profitability. Core Skills: Strong analytical, planning, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management capability, supported by customer, market and performance analytics. Critical Interfaces: Sales and Key Accounts; Marketing and Category teams; Finance and Revenue Growth Management; Supply Chain and Demand Planning; Technical Services; distributors; and strategic operators.
