Essential Job Duties • Lead and develop a team of Contract Negotiators, Contract Specialists and Administrators include service contract. • Optimize contract-process and lead process and policy development regarding commercial contracts. • Advise Management on risks, opportunities, alternative solutions regarding commercial transactions and assist business decision-making processes. • Structure commercial contracts and create contractual solutions to ensure compliance and business success. • Build strong relationships with key partners related to contractual processes • Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sales, leasing and further commercial contracts also with high-complexity, as well as other commercial, consulting, grant and other miscellaneous agreements with respect to Intuitive’s commercial activities. • Analyze contractual terms and policies to ensure compliance with company policy, government regulations, revenue recognition and other requirements. • Prepare tender documentation and submission together with Intuitive’s bid team and Salesforce, negotiate terms and conditions to the extent allowed, and manages or supports tender processes as required. • Lead negotiations and aim at finding solutions with IDN purchasers and purchasers, attorneys representing Intuitive Surgical’s customers as well as with financing institutions and other stakeholders involved into commercial processes. Required Skills and Experience • Minimum 6 years prior experience with commercial contracts, wide experience in negotiating terms and conditions. Experience in public procurement law and/or tender management is of advantage. • Basic project management experience. • Having a lawyer's license is preferable. • Strong interest towards business and commercial, financial activities and business decisions, readiness to work hand-in-hand with Salesforce in the frontline. • Detail oriented, organized and able to function in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including legal drafting skills). • Proactive and ability to work independently. • Working knowledge of standard legal terms and conditions. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Business-level English proficiency is preferred. 当社は、法令に従い、全ての応募者について、その適性と能力のみを基準として公正に採用選考を行います。 この職位は、業務上のニーズや、採用候補者の経験、知識、技能に応じて、ここに記載されている職務レベルと異なるレベルで採用される場合があります。 報酬は、主に採用された職務レベルと候補者の資格に基づき、適用される法律に従って決定されます。 At Intuitive, we are united behind our mission: we believe that minimally invasive care is life-enhancing care.
