Responsibilities: Partner with Salesforce practice leaders, account executives and consulting professionals to develop and advance prospective and active client work. Manage assigned activities from initial client discussions and scoping through proposals and contracting and, when work moves forward, transition into delivery. Participate directly in client and prospect meetings, presentations and working sessions, contributing to discussions and driving resulting actions and next steps. Work with Salesforce consulting professionals to understand client needs and translate them into proposed approaches, scope and supporting client-facing materials. Develop and coordinate proposals, presentations, RFP responses and related materials in collaboration with Salesforce leaders and subject matter specialists, ensuring they accurately reflect the team’s capabilities, approach and proposed work. Support Salesforce-focused market and client engagement activities, including industry events, conferences and other practice-sponsored opportunities, helping connect those activities to relevant client relationships, prospective opportunities and practice priorities. Collaborate across service lines and industry teams to identify opportunities to bring Salesforce capabilities into broader client relationships and connect Salesforce clients and prospects with relevant capabilities across the firm. Bring together the appropriate Salesforce leaders, subject matter specialists and consulting professionals based on the needs and stage of the work. Partner with consulting professionals on statements of work and related documentation to maintain alignment between client discussions, proposed scope and anticipated delivery. When work moves forward, facilitate the transition to the delivery team by ensuring relevant client context, decisions, commitments and scope are effectively carried forward. Maintain alignment across internal and external stakeholders on responsibilities, dependencies, timing, decisions and next steps for assigned work. Anticipate and address issues that may affect progress, engaging the appropriate team members and escalating when needed. Independently manage multiple concurrent priorities, exercise sound judgment and take ownership of assigned work through completion. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; additional Salesforce certifications relevant to the role are a plus. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, technology consulting, professional services, business development, client engagement, or a related field; experience supporting Salesforce-related consulting engagements strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and internal consulting teams to understand business needs, develop proposed approaches and scope, and advance work from early discussions through contracting and delivery transition. Experience developing and coordinating client-facing proposals, presentations, RFP responses, statements of work, and related materials, with strong attention to accuracy, consistency, and alignment with proposed delivery. Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and the ability to work effectively with Salesforce leaders and subject matter specialists to connect client needs with appropriate solutions and services. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and workstreams, coordinate across stakeholders, identify dependencies and risks, and drive actions and decisions through completion. Strong client-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior client and internal stakeholders. Ability to collaborate across service lines and industry teams, build effective internal networks, and connect client needs with relevant capabilities across the firm. Strong judgment, organization, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced professional services environment while knowing when to engage or escalate to appropriate leaders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel; proficiency with Google Workspace tools preferred. Ability to travel as needed, approximately 20%. The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $182,400. This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of relevant factors, including an applicant’s skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
