Manager, Finance (财务经理)

Role & Responsibilities: Report and analyze key performance indicators to identify underlying business opportunities & risks and provide input for operational and strategic decisions. Lead periodic financial reviews and forecast with key business performance indicators. Conduct review and analysis for retail store performance and profitability, provide insightful performance analysis vs. plan, forecast and historical data and drive for actions. Support store investment justification and portfolio review Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning process by completing financial projections, templates, and risk & opportunity analysis for the local and global finance teams Contribute to key GTM milestones including long-range plan, seasonal OTB and margin management. Strong organization and communication skills Proficient PC skills Experience Minimum Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A Nature of Work: Retail Background preferred. Academic Qualifications Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA preferred.
