Manager - Fleet Sales

Key Responsibilities Fleet Sales Identify and secure fleet business with government entities, corporates, rental companies, and large private buyers. Build and maintain relationships with key fleet decision-makers and procurement teams. Develop tailored fleet proposals, pricing structures, and volume agreements in line with company targets. Track tenders and bids relevant to government/corporate fleet opportunities in the region. Subdealer Management Recruit, onboard, and manage subdealers across the assigned territory to expand MHERO and VOYAH's regional footprint. Set and monitor subdealer sales targets, ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs. Conduct regular subdealer visits to audit showroom standards, stock levels, and brand compliance. Provide subdealers with product training, sales tools, and marketing support. Manage subdealer agreements, incentive programs, and performance reviews. Regional Market Development Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national strategy. Coordinate with marketing for regional campaigns, launches, and events. Reporting & Coordination Prepare regular sales, pipeline, and subdealer performance reports for management. Liaise with after-sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards across the region. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years' experience in automotive fleet sales and/or dealer/subdealer network management in KSA. Strong existing network with government/corporate fleet buyers and regional dealers is a plus. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-location dealer relationships. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Fluent in Arabic and English. Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region. Knowledge of MHERO/VOYAH or similar new-energy/off-road vehicle segments preferred.
