The Manager, Global Wellbeing leads the development and execution of the global programs, strategies and initiatives that support the wellbeing of our people across OMERS and Oxford. You will partner with business leaders, HR teams, our Chief Medical Officer and Wellness Centre, vendors and external experts to advance our enterprise wellbeing strategy - with a focus on mental health and chronic illness prevention. You Will Be Responsible For: Program Development Develop and execute tactical plans that advance the global wellbeing strategy, with a focus on mental health and chronic illness. Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide and region-specific wellbeing programs, campaigns and initiatives. Bring emerging approaches, evidence-informed practices and external benchmarks into the strategy to keep our offerings leading-edge. Partnership & Influence Consult with HR Business Partners and business leaders to set and implement wellbeing goals and plans informed by workforce data and employee insights. Build strong relationships with the Chief Medical Officer, the Wellness Centre, external networks and strategic partners to align and amplify wellbeing impact. Collaborate across HR to embed wellbeing into broader people priorities and share best practices. Data, Measurement & Reporting Leverage people analytics to set metrics, monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, identify trends and report on wellbeing outcomes. Create and present business materials for senior leaders, the Senior Leadership Committee and Board-level audiences to inform strategic decisions. Vendors, Projects & Budget Partner with vendors on sourcing, relationship management, service oversight and performance evaluation. Establish project management standards for large-scale wellbeing initiatives, including implementation, communications, change management and evaluation. Develop and manage program budgets to optimize resources and impact. Required Skills & Experience Proven ability to lead complex, end-to-end wellbeing or health promotion programs across multiple regions, applying strong project and change management to deliver measurable outcomes. Strong data analytics and program evaluation skills, with experience using people data, reporting and metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate impact. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and external partners and present clearly to executive and Board-level audiences. In-depth knowledge of health and wellness programs - including mental health, chronic illness prevention and Employee and Family Assistance Programs - and global wellbeing practices. Preferred Skills & Experience University degree or diploma in health, social sciences, human resources, or a related discipline. 7+ years of experience in wellbeing, health promotion, or related HR roles. Experience managing vendor relationships, including sourcing, service oversight and performance evaluation. Experience developing and managing program budgets. Familiarity with HR technologies and reporting systems, and knowledge of HR policies in a global environment. This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected salary range for this position is $103,000.00 - $157,000.00 per year. You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
