Provides oversight and management of work performed by the Health Information Management department including: release of information, vital records, document imaging, record retention and retrieval, deficiency assignment, transcription services, chart correction, maintenance of the Master Patient Index (MPI) and the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) and synchronization of data within all systems as it relates to the EMPI and the legal Electronic Medical Record (EMR). **THIS POSITION IS ONSITE IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA**
