Manager, Talent Acquisition (temporary)

We are looking for a collaborative Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our People, Equity & Inclusion team here at Common Cause, to support the continued growth of our organization. As our Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will build strong pools of candidates and develop selection tools to run rigorous and efficient hiring processes to fill our open roles. You will also manage operations for our talent acquisition work to help us build stronger systems and processes, and you’ll collaborate with members of our team and other staff to maintain strategic connections between our work and other priorities on our team.      This is a full-time, temporary role starting on November 1, 2026 and ending on April 30, 2027 (with the potential to extend this role longer). This role reports to the Senior Director, Talent Management and is remote anywhere within the lower 48 United States. We hope our new Manager, Talent Acquisition will start in October.     Responsibilities  Manage searches so that we continue to build a strong staff at Common Cause   Manage several searches at a time, collaborating with hiring managers, interviewers and other staff, and managing all communications with candidates
