Job description
Assembler Primary Job Duties: Execute the assembly of electronic components according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and precision. Perform mechanical assembly tasks in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. Able to do soldering using ultrasonic/ normal solder Conduct thorough inspections of sub-assemblies using a microscope to identify any defects or irregularities. Employ chemical cleaning solutions to clean and prepare sub-assemblies for further processing. Work closely with the Engineering team to understand and implement functionality updates. Provide feedback on assembly procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications and Skills: Comfortable to work in a cleanroom environment and are able to follow the strict policy and procedures in the cleanroom environment. Follow, comply and ensure good housekeeping and safety in factory Comfortable and able to manage chemical solutions during cleaning process Must be open to work in shift hours Technician Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Perform tasks associated with all manufacturing operations, including setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Utilize advanced software programs to collect and analyze operating data for on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Collaborate with engineers to determine and develop methods and procedures to optimize and control manufacturing processes. Work closely with engineers to conduct experiments and implement process improvements. Participate in abnormality detection to identify and resolve issues in production processes promptly. Drive improvements in production yield, scrap reduction, and Out-of-Box Quality (OBQ) performance. Contribute Kaizen ideas and actively engage in Small Group Activities (SGA) to support continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in 6S activities to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Education & Experience A Diploma in Engineering or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering strictly to policies and procedures. Demonstrated commitment to good housekeeping and safety practices in the workplace. Hands-on experience with sub-assemblies, soldering, and handling chemical solutions. Ability to manage chemical solutions effectively during the cleaning process.
