Requisition ID: 78634 Description We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Intern to assist and work with our engineers and production teams to support factory operations, analyse data, and run process improvement projects. Responsibilities Process & Workflow Support: Assist engineers with shopfloor studies, line balancing, and daily production tracking. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect production metrics, build performance dashboards, and track Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Continuous Improvement: Support Lean manufacturing, automation, or digital transformation projects (such as 5S, Kanban, or Smart Lean programs). Required Experience and Skills Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint or statistical data software (e.g. Power Bi). Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication to collaborate with operators and engineers. Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
