Job Description 角色与职责 | Roles & Responsibilities 中文 制造工程岗位，要求本科学历（工科类专业优先）。 负责 Detector 新产品在北京工厂导入期间的制造工程工作。具体包括工艺技术路线规划、设备选型与验证、新技术引入、试制组织与推进、工艺参数确定与验证，以及工艺文件（如作业指导书、DMR、DHR）的建立、更新和培训。 推进 NPI 各阶段的制造准备（Manufacturing Readiness），包括工艺、设备、物料、人员和文件的就绪评估与跟踪，确保产品按期转入稳定量产。 作为制造端接口，协调研发、质量、供应链、计划和生产等跨部门团队，推动 NPI 项目的工艺事项按计划完成，保障项目里程碑和客户交付承诺。 识别并评估 NPI 过程中的工艺和制造风险（如 PFMEA），制定预防和应对措施，并跟踪到关闭，降低对项目进度和产品质量的影响。 主导产品的技术改进、工艺优化和效率提升；系统分析、跟踪和改善工艺问题，持续提升产品质量，同时控制制造成本。 作为团队的技术资源，为经验较少的同事提供支持。能够领导小型项目，清晰传达技术信息，推动团队达成共识，必要时处理敏感的工艺议题。 基本资格 | Basic Qualifications 中文 口头表达、书面沟通和跨部门协作能力优秀。 有较强的人际影响力和团队领导力，能带领小团队或推动中等规模的工艺或 NPI 项目。 能同时管理和协调多个制造工艺或新产品导入任务，有良好的计划性和执行力。 问题识别、根因分析和解决能力扎实，风险管理意识强。 技术分析和组织协调能力可靠，能支持持续的工艺改进和项目推进。 有新产品导入（NPI）、医疗器械或电子类产品制造经验者优先，熟悉 GMP 或 ISO 13485 等法规要求者优先。 Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
