The Quality Manager is responsible for leading daily Manufacturing Quality activities and ensuring compliance with quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS), drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily Manufacturing Quality operations to achieve quality, production, and business objectives. Partner with managers and stakeholders across the organization to ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is effectively implemented and maintained. Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, standards, and specifications. Review customer requirements and ensure products and processes consistently meet quality expectations. Ensure manufacturing and production processes comply with company quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Monitor quality performance through data collection, analysis, and reporting of key quality metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Identify, investigate, and resolve day-to-day quality, technical, and operational issues. Recommend process improvements and support the implementation of corrective actions where required. Provide training, tools, and guidance to promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization. Support internal, external, and customer audits as required. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to address quality-related concerns and drive effective resolution. Leadership Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and develop a team of quality personnel. Establish team priorities and ensure timely completion of daily activities and deliverables. Foster a culture of quality, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and performance management. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. Experience in Manufacturing Quality, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or a related manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality processes. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Experience within semiconductor, electronics, precision engineering, or high-volume manufacturing environments is an advantage.
