Job Title: Manufacturing Technician A Job Code: 46951 Job Location: Londonderry, NH Job Schedule: 4/10: Employees work 10 hour days, 4 days a week Job Description: Performs a v ariety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. Works from work instructions and uses hand and/or power tools. Essential Functions: • Follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. • Assemble mechanical, optical, or electrical components and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational, quality, and cosmetic requirements. • Continuously perform visual inspections of materials for defects and conducts any range of functional tests and cleaning at prescribed intervals to ensure proper operation of various components during assembly. • Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and conducts quality inspection at specified intervals • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures. • Work with RTV, epoxy, and other bonds/adhesives • Cultivate a culture that assures effective cross functional teamwork. • Performs job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures. • Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values. • Ability to report to work consistently on time Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years prior experience Preferred Additional Skills: • Demonstrated proficiency at operating 25%-50% of workstations as documented by training record #LI-CB1
