Job Overview Manufacturing Technician supports manufacturing productivity and continuous improvement initiatives through time studies, standard work development, data analysis, manpower optimization, and implementation of lean manufacturing practices to improve operational performance, quality, cost, and delivery. Job Requirements Lead Moonshine Team activities for pipe and joint fabrication projects Conduct cycle time studies and maintain accurate work measurement data Assist in production line layout planning and optimization Support machine relocation and workstation arrangement activities Support productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives Collect, analyze, and report production data to identify improvement opportunities Assist in manpower and capacity analysis as required Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to support operational objectives Maintain documentation related to time studies, layouts, and improvement projects What your background should look like Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and engineering drawings Basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Willingness to work on the production floor and support hands-on fabrication activities Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
