Market Access Specialist

Position Summary 1、Develop and routine maintenan regional MA data system (NVBP/ VBP/ Tender/ Pricing/ Reimbursement /DRG/ DIP…) 2、Implementation of NVBP/VBP/Tender strategy. 3、Work in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to support market access. Maini Tasks Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1、Understand MED requirement in regional MA activities. 2、Develop and routine maintenan regional MA data system (NVBP/ VBP/ Tender/ Pricing/ Reim-bursement /DRG/ DIP…) 3、Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure NVBP/tender strategy could be fully imple-mented. 4、Follow up the progress of national/provincial and municipal centralized procurement projects, and coordinate and deal with related problems with zero mistake in time, including (not limited to) standardized confirmation of bidding information, document sorting, online/on site submit-ting, online transaction order process management, price database sorting, CA token manage-ment, appeal, price dynamic adjustment/ governance or other operations requiring timely re-sponse……) 5、Working closely with regional MA manager, assist in preparation of market access materials and documents related to public policies, diseases and products to demonstrate product value and maximize access possibilities, pro-actively to support regional MA managers to ensure competi-tive advantage for MED products in regional tender/VBP/medical services listing and pric-ing/medical insurance listing. 6、Official communication and visit to confirm and solve the confusion and problems encountered in the bidding process and reimbursement code standarize. 7、Establish regional VBP/Tender/Pricing documentation database, ensure the data base to be pre-cise and up to date, and always be ready to be submitted. 8、Collect and understand region’s policies 9、Other MA related support to region’s sales and MKT activities. 10、Assist MA strategy Mgr of MA monthly report. organization. Education Bachelor’s degree, preferred major in healthcare, life science or related field. Experience 1、Over 1 years of professional experience or healthcare related education background. (Track record in a leading medical company would be a plus) 2、Experience of VBP/tender in leading pharma/medical device company, or consulting firm would be a plus. Other skills 1、Proficiency in English speaking and writing. 2、Good interpersonal and communication skill, strong business acumen and analysis capability, good planning skills. 3、Initiative, accountable, integrity, precise, be good at strategic thinking and enable work under pres-sure, team spirit. 4、Excellent analytical skills, with financial modeling experiences. 5、Rigorous time management skills to ensure delivery. 6、Good computer skills, especially Excel. 7、Good project management skill. 8、Willingness on developing in growing MA/GA Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
