Role
A marketing-led storyteller with a sharp understanding of luxury fashion, content culture, and performance-driven growth. You will lead brand communication, campaigns, shoots, social media execution, and customer engagement across all Snusha touchpoints — digital and offline.
Scope
Lead content strategy and execution across all Snusha outlets
Plan monthly marketing calendars, campaigns, launches, etc
Pull, repurpose, and strategically distribute content from shoots, events, and brand activities
Handle end-to-end social media execution with strong aesthetic consistency
Craft refined copies, captions, scripts, and brand narratives aligned with luxury positioning
Direct shoots, mood boards, styling references, and creative production
Coordinate photographers, creators, influencers, agencies, and creative vendors
Drive events, in-store activations, exhibitions, and brand experiences
Oversee offline marketing including hoardings, print creatives, and store branding
Develop campaign concepts and scripts aligned with the brand tone
Execute and optimize Meta & Google Ads with focus on ROAS, engagement, and conversions
Align content strategy with performance marketing for measurable growth
Leverage AI tools and marketing software for content creation and efficiency
Stay updated with fashion, luxury, digital, and cultural trends
Occasional travel may be required for shoots, events, and brand activations.
Profile
3–5 years of experience in fashion / D2C marketing
Prior experience with a fashion brand is essential
Strong understanding of content, aesthetics, social media, and performance marketing
Excellent English fluency and communication skills
Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand positioning
Detail-oriented, execution-driven, creatively sharp, and highly proactive
Ability to independently manage campaigns from ideation to execution
