BEST Logistics Group is looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Coordinator who knows how to turn everyday moments into engaging content. From showcasing our drivers and equipment to supporting sales initiatives and strengthening our company brand, this role will have a hand in how BEST is seen, recognized, and experienced. What You'll Do Social Media & Content Creation Create, photograph, edit, and publish engaging content across BEST Logistics Group's social media platforms. Work with recruiting and operations to highlight our drivers, equipment, career opportunities, company culture, and day-to-day operations. Identify new content ideas, social media trends, and opportunities to grow our online presence and engagement. Encourage employees throughout the company to share photos, videos, and stories that help showcase the BEST brand. Brand Management & Marketing Support Maintain and organize company logos, photos, videos, templates, presentations, and other marketing resources. Help ensure consistent branding across company materials and communications. Coordinate with outside vendors for printed materials, signage, branded merchandise, and other marketing needs. Sales & Business Development Support Partner with the sales team to develop and update presentations, sales sheets, customer materials, and other business development resources. Assist with marketing projects, company events, and special initiatives that support BEST's growth and visibility. What We're Looking For A creative thinker with strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Experience creating social media content, including basic photography, video editing, and graphic design. Someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. A team player who enjoys collaborating with different departments, learning how our businesses operate, and working with employees at all levels. Someone who isn't afraid to get out of the office, visit our operations, interact with drivers, and capture authentic content. A portfolio or examples of your creative work are required as part of your interview process.
