At Peak21, we specialize in acquiring large direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across the United States, Europe, and Asia, in addition to incubating our own. With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector. We are seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to join one of our portfolio brands. This brand in our portfolio is a beloved and well-known baby goods company with strong brand recognition across the US & Europe. This role will support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and website merchandising initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing assets, campaigns, and merchandising updates are executed smoothly across digital channels. The position is full-time in London. What makes this an exciting opportunity?Opportunity to join a well-funded startup with top-tier investorsWork with a highly experienced and entrepreneurial teamThe brand is a new addition to our portfolio and we’re bringing big changes to it – you’ll have a lot of room to make an impact!Gain hands-on experience across e-commerce, creative production, and digital marketingExposure to product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand storytellingCompetitive compensation packageWhat You'll DoCoordinate the design, creation of static and short-form video ads for social media and paid marketing channels, and develop variations of high-performing creative concepts.Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events across digital channels including website, email, SMS, and social media.Manage website merchandising updates for launches, campaigns, and promotions, helping maintain product pages, collections, and marketing placements.Help coordinate and organize marketing assets and creative production including photography, video, and campaign materials.Support influencer collaborations and affiliate initiatives, including outreach, partnerships, and ambassador programs.Assist with community engagement initiatives and help monitor competitor marketing and merchandising activity.Who You Are3+ years of experience in marketing or e-commerce, or a highly motivated graduate or early-career candidate who is eager to learn. Fluent English speakerPassionate about social media, digital marketing, and brand storytellingYou understand what kind of marketing resonates with our core customer: millennial and Gen Z parentsYou have a strong eye for visual aesthetics and brand presentationYou enjoy creating content and experimenting with creative ideasHighly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyTech-literate and comfortable learning new tools and platforms quicklyYou take initiative and are proactive in solving problemsYou thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentBonus:Experience with Shopify, Figma, or video editing toolsExperience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or SnapchatFamiliarity with digital marketing or e-commerce brandsYou are our target customer yourself (a millennial or Gen Z parent).
