Job Purpose This position will support our Marketing Operations team as a Summer Intern from May 2027 – August 2027 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full- time internship. In this position you will have the opportunity to: Design and develop product marketing collateral, customer-facing materials, and sample programs that support product launches and sales initiatives. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for improved customer engagement and develop solutions that drive adoption of marketing resources. Assist in evaluating trade show investments, attendee engagement strategies, and supporting promotional materials to maximize return on marketing spend. Review, organize, and audit the company's digital asset library to improve data quality, searchability, and user experience. Create internal communications and enablement materials that help sales teams effectively utilize marketing assets, collateral, and sample programs. Support the development of targeted sample kits and merchandising solutions based on regional market needs, customer segments, and product availability. Participate in cross-functional projects with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Operations teams. Build professional relationships and gain exposure to marketing strategies, processes, and technologies within a leading building products company. Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced marketing professionals and business leaders across the organization. What do I need to be successful?
