You will act as the key interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders, balancing customer demand, inventory levels, and supplier performance to maintain a reliable supply chain. Key Responsibilitie s Manage and release purchase orders in line with business requirements. Monitor order acknowledgements and supplier confirmations. Track supplier lead times and proactively manage delivery delays. Follow up on project-related and business-critical orders. Monitor supply chain alerts and procurement performance indicators. Work closely with Buyers and cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity. Resolve supplier disputes related to deliveries, quality, or invoicing. Maintain and update item master data, including planning parameters, costs, and order multiples Profil e Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, or Materials Planning. Good understanding of logistics and supply chain flows. Experience with ERP/MRP systems; knowledge of QAD is a strong advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively. Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
