Materials Planning & Procurement Specialist Location: Marietta, OH Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Travel: Up to 10% for supplier visits and industry events Starting Salary: From $60,000 per year (higher compensation may be available based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a Materials Planning & Procurement Specialist to support manufacturing operations by managing both purchasing and material planning activities. This role is responsible for ensuring production has the materials needed to meet customer delivery schedules while maintaining cost-effective inventory levels. Working closely with engineering, production, quality, logistics, and sales teams, you will coordinate the sourcing, planning, and movement of materials used in the assembly of electromechanical power distribution equipment. The position operates in an ERP/MRP-driven manufacturing environment and plays a key role in maintaining an efficient supply chain. Products supported include Power Distribution Cabinets (PDCs), Static Transfer Switches (STS), Remote Power Panels (RPPs), and Medium/Low Voltage Switchgear assemblies.
