Med Spa Coordinator

Job description: Switchboard is Hiring a Med Spa Coordinator on behalf of our client Purity Skin Studio https://purityskinstudio.com. We are seeking a Med Spa Coordinator who understands that luxury is in the details, the communication, the anticipation of needs, and the ability to guide clients with confidence and authority. This role is for someone who can deliver white-glove service while also driving business results. You are the key point of client retention, brand perception, and revenue opportunity. THE PURITY STANDARD We operate at a level where: - Excellence is expected - Growth is measured and intentional - Accountability and ownership are non-negotiable - Every interaction feels seamless, polished, and personalized - Every client feels recognized, understood, and expertly guided - Every system runs with precision and consistency AS THE SPA COORDINATOR: - You turn first-time visitors into long-term, high-value clients - You ensure every client leaves with a clear next step and commitment to return - You elevate the perception of the brand through consistency and professionalism - You contribute directly to increased client lifetime value and overall studio performance RESPONSIBILITES - Orchestrating a flawless, high-touch client journey from first contact through checkout and rebooking - Delivering white-glove service, ie anticipating needs, eliminating friction, and elevating every interaction - Acting as a sales lead, confidently recommending services, packages, and memberships aligned with client goals - Driving revenue through intentional rebooking, upgrades, and retail support - Managing the front of house with efficiency, accuracy, and composure under pressure - Maintaining immaculate client records and operational precision - Supporting brand growth through events, client engagement, and marketing execution REQUIREMENTS - You are polished, composed, and detail-oriented, even in a fast-paced environment - You understand that luxury clients expect confidence, discretion, and efficiency - You are comfortable guiding purchasing decisions in a way that feels natural, elevated, and results-driven - You notice the smallest details and correct them before they’re seen - You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule - Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM - Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM - Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM - Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (2–3 per month required)
