Job Overview This position is responsible for providing all basic legal services required as part of the in-house legal team although the primary focus is supporting the Land, Environmental, Gas Storage, and Contracts Departments. This position provides professional legal services, representation, guidance, and advice, performs legal research, drafts documents and pleadings. Responsibilities also include representing company in judicial or administrative proceedings and/or managing outside counsel representing company in such proceedings.
