Member of Techncial Staff

MEMBER OF TECHNICAL STAFF We're looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join our engineering team and help build the next generation of AI-powered security products. You'll work across the stack, from backend infrastructure and distributed systems to customer-facing applications, solving challenging technical problems with a small, highly capable team. What you'll do - Design, build, and ship production software end to end. - Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. - Work with modern AI models and integrate them into real-world products. - Make architectural decisions that balance performance, reliability, and simplicity. - Collaborate directly with founders, engineers, and customers to turn ideas into shipped features. - Take ownership of projects from initial design through production. What we're looking for - Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems. - Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust. - Experience with cloud infrastructure, databases, and distributed systems. - Comfort working independently, navigating ambiguity, and making technical tradeoffs. - Curiosity about AI, security, and emerging technologies. - A bias toward shipping, learning quickly, and keeping things simple.
