Job Responsibilities： Assist the CRM Manager in developing and executing the mall's VIC (Very Important Customer) development plans and business objectives. Act as the representative of the Hang Lung Club VIC management system, maintaining long-term relationships with VICs, ensuring a consistent customer experience across the mall, improving customer retention, and actively acquiring new VICs. Represent the mall in daily interactions with high-end members, providing personalized one-on-one service experiences while upholding the company's standards of excellence and sophistication. Drive higher spending frequency and transaction volume among high-end members, while increasing both the number of existing high-tier members and their membership levels. Maintain strong partnerships with brands within the mall, coordinate relationship management between brands and VICs, and foster positive tenant relations to enhance satisfaction with member-related collaborations between tenants and the mall. Leverage insights into VIC preferences and behaviors to provide recommendations to the Corporate VIC Experience Team, contributing to the development of personalized and premium VIC experiences under the Hang Lung Club program. Strictly adhere to all policies and guidelines related to Hang Lung Club member data management, ensuring the security and confidentiality of customer information. Qualifications： Approximately 5 years of experience in client relationship management within luxury or premium brands. Comprehensive brand knowledge and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with a professional appearance and demeanor. Strong sense of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
