MEP Site Supervision (Piping / Plumbing & Fire Protection) - Semiconductor Fabrication Plant

For a major semiconductor project in Belgium, we are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead site execution activities with a focus on Plumbing and Fire Protection systems. Working as part of an international project team, you will ensure safe, high-quality, and timely installation of critical building services systems throughout the construction phase. Lead and coordinate on-site construction activities for Plumbing and Fire Protection systems throughout project execution Manage contractors and monitor installation progress, quality, productivity, and compliance with project requirements Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules Coordinate interfaces between mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural, and process disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery Review construction methodologies, work packages, testing and commissioning activities, and drive issue resolution on site Support project reporting, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication in close collaboration with the client and project leadership team Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline Proven construction management experience gained on industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, data center, or other large-scale construction projects Strong experience overseeing MEP, Plumbing, and Fire Protection installations during construction and commissioning phases Sound knowledge of contractor management, construction sequencing, quality assurance, health & safety, and commissioning processes Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic project environment Fluent English; Dutch and/or French would be considered an advantage Working in a modern workplace and with IT equipment makes it easier to gain initial experience in professional life or for personal development We promote your professional and personal development through individual training and further education at the Drees & Sommer Academy We support your health with private supplementary insurance or a variety of health programmes such as yoga classes or exercise breaks We promote sustainable mobility with a public transport allowance Additional attractive offers with discounts in the corporate benefits portal.
