Your Key Responsibilities 负责仓库整体运营管理，统筹原材料、半成品、成品及辅料（包括部分化学品）的收货、存储、备料、发运和退料等全流程工作，确保物流作业高效顺畅。 负责库存控制与盘点管理，组织定期及循环盘点，分析库存差异、呆滞物料和库存风险，并推动改善措施落实。 负责仓库现场管理，通过数字化或自动化工具建立并持续优化仓库管理流程和标准，确保库存账实相符、物料先进先出及批次可追溯，满足生产和客户交付需求，推动安全、5S、精益物流和数字化管理，提升仓储效率、准确率和人员能力。 协调仓库与生产、采购、质量、物流及供应商等相关部门的工作，及时处理物料短缺、异常、交付及质量问题。 负责仓库人员全生命周期管理，包括但不限于人员发展、晋升、解除等。 Your Qualifications 本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工业工程或相关专业；具备制造业仓储或物流管理经验。 英语流利，能作为工作语言。 熟悉仓库运营、库存控制、物料管理、盘点及批次追溯流程，了解先进先出、看板管理及精益物流等方法。 熟悉 ERP、WMS 等仓储及物流管理系统，具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用 Microsoft Office 者优先。 具备良好的组织协调、沟通和团队管理能力，能够有效协调生产、采购、质量及物流等相关部门。 责任心强、执行力突出，具备安全意识和持续改善意识；有汽车零部件、轴承或离散制造行业经验者优先。 As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
