Module Lead and Lecturer - Professional Excellence Accelerator (PEA) and The Future of Work

Job Purpose The Module Lead and Lecturer for the Professional Excellence Accelerator (PEA) and The Future of Work will provide academic leadership and high-quality teaching for UHE UK's developmental and employability-focused provision at Level 4. The postholder will be responsible for the design, coordination, delivery, monitoring and enhancement of both modules as structured learning experiences that support students' academic transition, digital fluency, professional identity, communication skills, employability and progression. The role combines module leadership with direct teaching responsibility. The postholder will ensure that both modules remain relevant, engaging and aligned with the needs of Level 4 students, with particular attention to inclusive leadership, sustainability, global awareness, academic success and readiness for the changing world of work.
