Mold Maintenance Technician

The Position is responsible for: Maintaining the Molds as per PM, managing spare parts, refurbishment and troubleshooting of the mold RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for smooth running of molds in shift Trouble shooting of molds Root cause analysis to reduce mold breakdowns To carry out mold change over as per the given schedule To carry out routine and preventive maintenance Spares planning Adherence to quality standards To provide on job training to trainee tool and die maker To demonstrate safe working environment Work on Ready to deploy projects suggested by Molding COE COMPETENCIES: Has a deep sense of responsibility Can work efficiently with a team- teamwork and collaboration Quality- driven Result and goal oriented Analytical Task- focused QUALIFICATIONS: High School Graduate or Associate Degree holder is encouraged to apply. 3+ years of experience in the same role is a requirement. Job Overview Supports assembly of various products per established facility processes including set-up, calibration, testing, maintenance, and production operation. Job Requirements Implements product manufacturing, assembling and testing utilizing various instruments, in accordance with standard processes. Collaborates with other first-line technicians to resolve operation difficulties and assign resources. Adheres to blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure specifications are achieved. Maintains facility stability in working processes through daily upkeep, calibration, and troubleshooting. What your background should look like Typically requires 2 or more years of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
