Beyond classroom teaching, you will be expected to construct precise student progress tracking portfolios, manage internal departmental equipment logs, update school tracking software, and actively coordinate the academy’s extra-curricular ensembles, orchestral networks, and digital recording studios. You will support crisp communication with visiting instrumental tutors, parents, and external examination boards, ensuring that all practical performance logs and technical assessment registers are processed with total accuracy. Strong administrative skills are crucial, as the role requires balancing detailed practical coursework moderation with rigorous theoretical exam preparation within a busy school framework.
